Dangote Retires as Chairman of Dangote Cement

Aliko Dangote, the billionaire businessman, has retired from his position as the Chairman of Dangote Cement.

The company’s spokesman, Anthony Chiejina, announced this via a statement issued on Friday, July 25, 2025.

Chiejina said the renowned businessman relinquished the position to focus on Dangote Petroleum Refinery.
