
FirstBank has reaffirmed its leadership in digital banking with the expansion of its Digital Xperience Centre, a state-of-the-art facility designed to deliver cutting-edge financial services.
Speaking at the launch, Managing Director/CEO Olusegun Alebiosu emphasized the bank’s commitment to global banking standards.
“The Digital Xperience Centre is equipped with state-of-the-art features designed to provide a seamless and interactive banking experience,” Alebiosu stated.

The Group Head of Branch Operations and Services, Abimbola Kunle-Ajayi, praised the centre’s efficiency, highlighting how transaction times have been drastically reduced.
“A transfer that once took 15-20 minutes now takes less than two minutes. Customers can also complete card vending and ATM withdrawals in just a few minutes,” she noted.
FirstBank introduced its first Digital Xperience Centre in Victoria Island, Lagos (2021), followed by branches at the University of Ibadan (2023), Abuja Wuse New Market (2023), and Banana Island, Lagos (2024).
