
Katsina State Governor, Dikko Radda, has called on foreign investors and development finance institutions to fund key projects in agriculture, energy, and technology to drive economic growth in the state.
Speaking at the 2025 Oxford Africa Business Forum at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, Radda highlighted Katsina’s strategic advantages and ongoing reforms to enhance investment opportunities.
He emphasized the state’s Climate Smart Agriculture Policy, efforts to improve ease of doing business, and the need for African nations to collaborate in tackling economic and security challenges.
Radda also engaged in discussions on the African Continental Free Trade Area and sustainable development while exploring partnerships with Oxford’s Saïd Business School and Blavatnik School of Government for capacity-building initiatives in Katsina.
