Landon Emenalo, Son of former Nigeria international and Super Eagles defender Mike Emenalo, has signed his first professional contract with Chelsea FC.
He joined Chelsea’s youth setup at the Under-8s level after initially spending some time at Monaco, but later returned to Chelsea during his Under-13s season at Cobham.
Emenalo made his debut for the Under-21s, during the 2023/24 season as he contributed to a 4-1 win over Colchester United in the Premier League Cup.
He has been a regular this season for the Under-18s, starting games in the FA Youth Cup victories over Leicester City and Merstham, as well as featuring in the Under-17 Premier League Cup.
Besides his club commitments, he has also represented the USA at Under-17 level and has also appeared for England Under-17s during international breaks in October and November.
